The System controller monitors nearly all the input, output, IGBT voltages and currents, temperatures, DC bus, communication, fan, etc. The controller collect all the data and monitor for abnormality so the system does not need fuses. Any fault can be easy located using the built in Software error window which helps torepair/maintain the problem easier.

Using dual DSP plus FPGA the system process quickly the measured data, save and display it in real time. It is also capable to view historical recorded data.

Using optical fiber communication between control modules and power modules eliminate interferences into the signal.

With real time monitoring across the entire unit the control system will recognize any abnormalities and take percussions. With this failure rate and downtime will be reduce. With the embedded Fault Location in the Software users can take a screenshot, email to our service team and we can immediately advice what to do to fix the unit. EASY SIMPLE FAST !
